These terms govern any service booked with 24/7 Plumbing and Electrical, a business of BS Integrated Engineering Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By calling us, messaging us or accepting a quote, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Quotes and scope
Our quotes describe the work we have agreed to perform based on the information given. If the job uncovers additional work — for example a pipe in worse condition than expected — we will stop, explain, and resume only with your approval. Any additional cost will be quoted separately before the work continues.
2. Pricing and payment
Pricing is the rate quoted at the time of booking. Parts are charged at trade cost and itemised on the invoice. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept PayNow, bank transfer and cash.
3. Workmanship guarantee
Standard repairs are guaranteed for three months from the date of completion. The guarantee covers the work we performed, not pre-existing faults or unrelated parts of the system. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply per the supplier.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel a scheduled visit at any time before our technician is dispatched, at no charge. If a technician is already on the way, we may charge a callout fee to cover the time and travel.
5. Access and safety
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to disclose any known hazards (asbestos, unstable wiring, structural concerns). If a site is unsafe, our technician may decline to begin work and recommend the appropriate next step.
6. Liability
Our liability for any single job is limited to the value of the work performed. We are insured for public liability for jobs carried out by our technicians.
7. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that job.
