Cancelling a visit
You can cancel a scheduled visit at any time before our technician is dispatched, at no charge. If a technician is already on the way, a callout fee may apply to cover time and travel.
Advance payments
Where a deposit or advance payment has been collected, the deposit is refundable in full if you cancel before the work has started. Once work has begun, deposits cover the labour and materials already committed and are not refundable.
Parts and materials
Parts must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return. Proof of purchase is required. Some items — cut-to-length pipe, custom-ordered fittings, opened consumables — cannot be returned.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply where an item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or where a return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
How to start a refund
Email 247plumbingandelectrical@gmail.com with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We will respond within three working days.
